Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Gloria Gaynor, And More Legends Help Raise Over $1 Million At Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation’s Virtual Disco Party
Last week Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation had guests dancing in their living rooms as they relived the Studio 54 days at a Virtual Disco Party.
A lineup of legends joined the celebration: Olivia Newton-John and Clive Davis shared their favorite memories of the iconic venue, and guests grooved to incredible performances by Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Gloria Gaynor, Nile Rodgers and Kathy Sledge. Host DJ Cassidy kept the party going all night with an energetic set of disco hits, and DJ Kyle Kxtz set the mood as he spun during a special preshow countdown.
The evening also featured appearances by Marti Gould Cummings, Star Jones, Pat Cleveland, Ethan Zohn, and SiriusXM “Studio 54” hosts Mark Benecke and Myra Scheer. Donors raised over $1 million to fund life-saving cancer research.
