Cast of ‘Northern Exposure’ Reunites for 7th Annual Vulture Festival
Last night Vulture Festival brought the Alaskan frontier to bring together the cast of the hit show “Northern Exposure” for a unique sit-down session. The attraction to the show remains high since it is surprisingly never streamed online and as star John Corbett said, ““I just knew this show would be special.”
Showing off his massive collection of souvenirs he has from years on set he stated, “I had to always remember it.” Everything from a suit when his character went to vote to a giant stuffed moose head were highlighted with pride by the famous actor.
“I just knew this show would be special,” he went on.
Rob Morrow went on to talk about how the show was always deemed amazingly fascinating.
“I never thought of it as weird,” he told the panel. “When I read the script…it read like no TV show I’d ever read, but not in terms of weirdness — in terms of being cinematic. It had a spareness …TV shows just don’t deal with this. And I remember thinking this is not like a movie.”
Curated with the mind of a critic and the heart of a fan, this year’s virtual pop culture extravaganza has for many years brought everything you love about Vulture to life. But just because we can’t be in-person this year doesn’t mean the 2020 festival was not there when you need it. In this, the most trying of times, it brough a respite: a full week of live virtual events and special content including cast reunions, an acting class, and unforgettable conversations that will bring your favorite creators and stars right into your home.
